SERVICE AT A RESIDENCE:

All attendees/ purchaser must be 21 or older.

ID will be required, and must match purchaser's ID for all purchases and services.
ID may be required based on discretion.

We will email you the First Class Hookah Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Fees, Release of Liability User Agreement.

Please sign and email the agreement no later than 48 hours prior to the event to: booking@firstclasshookahgso.com

Remember you are responsible for how all of our products affect your health as well as how the products you decide to use affect your health.

Client must provide contact number for owner or management.
Permission from venue will be verified by a First Class Hookah staff prior to event.
